Returns

Returns and Refunds:

Returns are at the discretion of Alstonefield Farm and will only be considered for a refund if the goods in question are returned in original condition. Please choose carefully as Alstonefield Farm will not refund or exchange items if you have a change of mind about your purchase.

Special orders, once placed, cannot be changed. You will be asked to provide a deposit if you wish to order an item especially for you. If you change your mind and decide not to go ahead with your order, your deposit is non-refundable.

Alstonefield Farm will accept no responsibility for the return of goods where a customer has failed to follow guidelines outlined in our ‘care instructions’. A refund will not be offered for general wear and tear on an item.

Cost of return postage will be borne by the customer.
